RESULTS IN 3 EASY STEPS

Fitness Training Program: Results in 3 Easy Steps might feel impossible to achieve, but it’s not. All we have to do is stay committed to our training program. Whenever we make a commitment to get into shape when working with an online fitness coach, the mind quickly jumps in with doubt. 

  • When will I see results?
  • How long are the workouts?
  • Do I need to starve myself? 

It’s human nature to anticipate the results from your fitness training program, but don’t. Take it one day at a time. Remember…fitness results don’t happen overnight. It’s a lifestyle and not a destination. The good news is that most of my clients report noticeable results in about 4 or 5 weeks. 

So, if you want to feel your clothes fitting looser or begin to see definition in your arms, you need to stick with a fitness training program. You can’t give up. You can’t cheat. You can’t give up. Noticed a trend here? If you give up, you stay the same. With me, giving up is not an option.

STEP 1. ALWAYS BE DIFFERENT

You cannot do the same workout and expect to see results. Your intensity and modality must constantly change. We do this so your body doesn’t adapt. 

Run up a hill, do a different style push up, lift a heavier weight, or do three more repetitions. Our bodies are machines that adapt quickly to the physical demands we put it through, so it’s important to change things up.

STEP 2. THROW OUT THE SCALE

The scale is not only a waste of space in the bathroom, it tends to be a liar!  Water, bones, muscle mass and body fat all add into the number we see when we stare down at the scale.

What we want to focus on is body fat reduction as well as muscle gain.  If we diet and train too hard, we may lose muscle and end up in that hazy zone of being skinny fat!  Not attractive and not even close to being healthy.

Body fat testing and tape measurements are the best indicator of your fitness and nutrition results. Stepping into a pair of skinny jeans or that little black dress is also a perfect gage of your efforts.

STEP 3. IT’S ALL ABOUT YOUR NUTRITION

If you want results from your fitness training program, it is important to know what you eat is what you get. You cannot starve your body and you cannot overload your body with protein.
