One of the easiest ways to access your best self is to work with your nutrition. We use food to check out and disconnect from ourselves, but now it will be the doorway leading us back into ourselves. So, instead of being ruled by food, the doorway will connect us to our soul. Instead of being controlled by our cravings, we will be inspired by our spirit. And instead of being imprisoned by the power food has over us, we will be free to fly. Trust me, you ou will not starve and you will not go hungry. You will, however, get to eat the foods that you choose when your body has hunger. You will regain control of the battle.

So far, food has won the battle, but we can still win the war. This battle has left us feeling defeated and shameful because we have been driven to eat more. This is makes us feel worse as we spiral into a black hole of guilt. This battle doesn’t get any easier as we age. In fact, it gets worse because we have a tendency to say, “I’ve always lost the battle, why should I try anymore?” If we take a look at Facebook or other social media outlets, we can see countless examples of giving up. The older we get, the heavier we become because we have indeed, given up the battle. If we want to win the war, we have to take dominion over food. We have to choose to eat right. We have to choose what to eat and when to eat it.

Your Nutrition Plan will be made by you, with a little help from me ;-). Together, we will choose foods that reduce an insulin response, manage your blood sugar, and eliminate those unwanted cravings. High levels of insulin are released by meals that are composed of high calorie or high sugar foods in quantities that overload the system all at once or by eating them too often. Our goal is to reduce the insulin response and stabilize your hormones.

Your entire plan will be body led, never leaving you hungry, and ultimately eliminate the cravings that can and will sabotage you. Together we will explore this biochemical world and rock out a protocol that works for you and your lifestyle. For good! We will also face those cravings and the driving force behind them: physiology and emotions. Ultimately eradicating this burden and growing to be fearless in our lives! How exciting is that?
