Our work begins with a 60–75 minute comprehensive intake session, designed to explore your metabolic and medical history, current health concerns, blood work, symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and whole-body system integration. This foundational session allows us to identify root causes and create a plan that reflects your unique biology, goals, and life.
Follow-up sessions (30–45 minutes) are thoughtfully tailored to your evolving needs — monitoring progress, refining strategies, and providing the support and accountability required for sustainable change.
