I’m Julie — a clinical and sports nutritionist, fitness professional, mother of two, researcher at heart, and a woman who has lived every chapter I now guide others through.
My work sits at the intersection of science and self-awareness. I believe the body is brilliant, adaptive, and always communicating — and when we learn to listen, healing becomes possible. My role is to translate complex biology into practical, sustainable strategies that support real women living real lives.
I don’t coach from theory alone. I coach from experience, empathy, and evidence.
With over 17 years in the nutrition and fitness industry, I’ve worked across clinical, performance, and lifestyle-based wellness — guiding thousands of women toward stronger, healthier, more aligned lives.
I’m a Certified Clinical and Sports Nutritionist, former Fitness Manager at Equinox (rated #1 gym in America), and an experienced educator, speaker, and columnist for health and wellness organizations nationwide. I’m also the creator of Girl, Get Your Fit Together, an at-home, whole-body fitness and lifestyle program designed to meet women where they are — without extremes.
My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, with advanced certifications through Precision Nutrition, the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, the American Fitness Professionals & Associates, and the National Council on Strength & Fitness. I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Nutrition Science, deepening my focus on integrative, systems-based healing.
Before the credentials, there was the journey.
I began as a professional dancer — immersed in movement, discipline, and performance — but also in a culture that quietly teaches women to critique their bodies. I heard the messages many women hear: too thick, not enough, do better.
Motherhood brought its own transformation — physically, hormonally, emotionally. I understood firsthand the frustration of weight that doesn’t respond the way it once did, the exhaustion of trying harder without feeling better, and the quiet heartbreak of feeling disconnected from your own body.
What changed everything wasn’t more discipline — it was understanding.
When I paired nutrition science with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and compassion, emotional eating softened, metabolism recalibrated, and harmony returned. I learned that weight loss is chemistry — but healing is relationship.
“Do not attempt to cure the body without first curing the mind. The mind and body are one and should not be treated separately.” — Plato
Above all, Julie is a passionate researcher of nutrition science who holds B.S. degree in the field. Certified in clinical and sports nutrition, she holds a variety of training certifications, and is currently completing her Masters degree in Nutrition Science.
Certified through Precision Nutrition, she is joining the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. As a master online fitness coach, Julie holds certifications in sports conditioning and pre-post natal from American Fitness Professionals and Associates and the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
Today, my work integrates evidence-based nutrition, functional systems thinking, movement, and mindfulness — because lasting change happens when the body and mind are supported together.
I take my clients’ journeys personally because I know what it feels like to walk this road. You don’t need more pressure. You need clarity, support, and a method that honors the woman you are becoming.
This is not about perfection.
It’s about alignment.
And when alignment happens, results follow — naturally.
