My breaking point came when I realized I needed to change my life. Through small steps, scientific knowledge, deep inner work, and emotional resilience, I began to heal. Studying neuroscience and quantum physics, I discovered the secret to wellness: embracing our emotional nature.
Health is more than a dress size—it's about how you feel. My journey inspired me to create a program for women to become educated, empowered, and free from restrictive diets and negative beliefs. Sometimes, we must break down to break through and find true freedom.
